Threat At Trump Inauguration: Weather? Or Something More Sinister?

According to these conversations, the Secret Service is acting in response to a “credible” threat of civilian-grade DJI drones being used as tools of assassination against the President Trump, and potentially in-coming cabinet members, and citizens supporters.

Chinese Espionage?

DJI, a Chinese drone company which sells drones that are easily available online world-wide apparently made the mysterious decision to remove “geo-fencing” from all their civilian drones operated in the United States. What does that mean?

Any random person with a DJI drone can now fly into previously barred locations, such as airports, or in this case, the event grounds for the inauguration. One civilian drone has already collided with a plane involved in combatting wildfires in Los Angeles.

It is worth noting that the US Commerce Department Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has previously tried to ban DJI drones, and the US Senate and Department of Defense did manage to pass an act which included a provision stating that DJI had 1 year to prove it’s drones were not a threat to national security.

If they fail to prove they are not a threat, they will be automatically banned from the US at the end of the year.

Sources Say:

Our team can confirm from several security officials and VIP attendees who have been warned of this threat. At least two planes have already narrowly escaped fatal mid-air collisions with DJI drones while attempting to land and take off from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in DC.

• These drones can be equipped with explosives fairly easily, due to garage technology developed during the war in Ukraine.

• Several media organizations have been told to remove previously assigned live show locations from elevated positions without explanation.

• The streets of the Capitol have been relatively empty - not full of security, soldiers, and the usual pre-inauguration activity

• Several world leaders, including Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, have pulled out from attendance.

This follows a threat assessment produced and made public by a group of intelligence and law enforcement agencies, stating that “potential perpetrators, particularly those with election related grievances may see the president-elect’s swearing-in as their last opportunity to influence the election results through violence.”

President Trump spoke with Chinese President Xi Jinping Friday, but it is unclear if the drone threat or DJIs decision to unlock geo fencing was discussed.

One VIP source said President Trump plans to reveal the nature of this threat after his inauguration inside the Rotunda, and may still walk part of the parade route, to show he and his administration cannot be intimidated.
