Making this one small change to your showering routine can not only keep your heart healthy… But it also reduces the risk of heart attack by 95%!
It’s very easy and safe to do…
And can be done at any age – so it’s never too late.
There’s only one catch…
It may lower your blood pressure readings very quickly…
“Within about two weeks, my pressure dropped. In fact, my blood pressure is lower than at any other time. It keeps my pressure normal even when I’m under stress which right now I’m having a lot of. Thanks so much!”

Do THIS in the shower to save your heart.
THEY JUST MESSED WITH THE WRONG DOCTOR
In October 2021, Dr. Christopher Rake showed up for work at UCLA Medical Center and was escorted out of the building.
His offense? He refused to get the jab.
Rake, a board-certified anesthesiologist, recorded the moment himself as three people walked him out of UCLA Medical Plaza in Westwood. The footage quickly made national news.
“This is what happens when you stand up for freedom and when you show up to work, willing to work, despite being unvaccinated,” Rake said as he was escorted from the building.
“I’m willing to lose everything — job, paycheck, freedom, even my life — for this cause.”
At the time, UCLA employees who worked on-site were required to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements unless they received an approved exemption. Rake refused the shot and was initially placed on unpaid leave. According to the lawsuit he is now leading, he was ultimately terminated.
Today, Rake is the lead named plaintiff in Christopher Rake, M.D., et al. v. Regents of the University of California, a major proposed class action lawsuit challenging the University of California’s COVID-19 vaccination program.
The case was filed in Alameda County Superior Court in October 2022 and now includes doctors, nurses, professors and other UC employees from institutions including UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC Berkeley and UCSF.
The lawsuit alleges that UC violated employees’ rights involving privacy, bodily autonomy and informed consent when it required COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment or access to university facilities.
Some employees refused and lost their jobs or faced other employment consequences.
Others, according to the complaint, received the shots because they believed refusing would cost them their careers.
The proposed class potentially reaches across the massive University of California workforce. UC itself has described its system as employing roughly 230,000 faculty and staff, meaning the potential scope of the litigation is enormous.
The case website says the class-certification hearing is scheduled for February 19, 2027, with a jury trial scheduled for August 16, 2027.
The lawsuit is seeking damages, reinstatement and a judgment declaring UC’s actions unlawful.
UC thought it was removing one unvaccinated doctor from the building but five years later, that doctor is taking the University of California to court on behalf of a proposed class that could potentially encompass a huge portion of its workforce.
They messed with the wrong doctor.

Congratulations Dr Rake.
I hope your lawsuit succeeds.
Great to hear, and I do believe this class action suit will be successful. You cannot mandate drugs that only have EUA and have no safety profiles without informed consent. The safety profiles were available but not released intentionally! Coercion of any kind needs to be stopped. Anyone that lies and/or mandates any totally experimental drug should be prosecuted! How dare they!
